If facing a Trust Fund Recovery Penalties (TFRP) under Internal Revenue Section 6672, (IRC § 6672) or related state statutes, we assist in minimizing these penalties, and maximizing any payments you are already making, to your benefit, and not the IRS's. Once an assessment is made, we routinely resolve tax cases in Federal and State "Offer in Compromises" or Installment Agreements, without the need for further litigation.

Tax Whistleblowers and Tax Fraud (Qui Tam)
We successfully represent Tax Whistleblowers. To date our firm has assisted in the reporting of over FIVE HUNDRED (500) tax evaders to the IRS, and assisted the IRS in identifying promoters and distributors of questionable and illegal tax scams, schemes and other fraudulent conduct.
Our representation of Tax Whistleblowers has led the IRS to issue reward checks to our clients. We assist Tax Whistleblowers in obtaining the maximum reward allowed under the law.
In 2006, Congress revamped the whistleblower rewards. The new Tax Relief and Health Act of 2006 provides compensation to whistleblowers more like the existing False Claim’s Act qui tam provisions. The IRS may issue rewards up tp 30% of the amount collected by the IRS from the information reported.
A Tax Whistleblower's identity remains confidential, and may not be disclosed by the IRS.
