Eric P. Gros-Dubois
Law ClerkMr. Gros-Dubois, raised in Dallas, Texas, attended Southern Methodist University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in French Studies. In college, Mr. Gros-Dubois clerked for Cooper & Scully, P.C, and assisted family physicians, and other high net worth individuals with their asset protection planning. He attended American University's Washington College of Law where he completed his Juris Doctor in 2007. He is currently completing his Masters in Business Management from American University's Kogod School of Business , with a degree expected in May, 2008.
During Law School, Mr. Gros-Dubois clerked for Urban Synergy, a non-profit educational group committed to developing a curriculum in constitutional law for gifted and talented high school age children, and the Austin Fund, a $3 billion private equity fund. Mr. Gros Dubois enjoyed volunteering at the Janet Spragens Federal Tax Clinic at American University where he represented low-income tax payers before the US Federal Tax Court.
Mr. Gros-Dubois joined JDKatz in October, 2007 as a Law Clerk where he assisted in diverse matters from estate planning, to corporate law matters, due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Gros-Dubois is awaiting his Oath Ceremony to be admitted to the New York bar, and will be sitting for his Maryland bar examination in July, 2008.
