Mark is a graduate of the University of Michigan, holds a JD from Harvard, and an LLM in tax from Georgetown University. He is admitted to practice before the US District Court for the District of Columbia, the US District Court for the District of Maryland, the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and the US Tax Court. He has also been specially admitted for specific cases before the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
