A Message to Our Valued Customers Regarding Office Operations

To our Valued JDKatz PC Community,

With the evolving impact of COVID-19, we would like to assure you that JDKatz PC remains available to assist you and is focused on taking steps to protect the health, safety and welfare of you, our valued clients and JDKatz PC community.

We have proactively taken steps to ensure that you will continue to receive the high level of service and commitment to your matter for which this firm is known. Our office remains fully operational and open to serve you both in our physical location in Bethesda and virtually. Our attorneys and staff members are fully equipped and able to handle your case remotely and many of our services can be completed online. JDKatz PC is an early adopter of virtual best practices and has been a leader in meeting with clients by telephone or video conferences.

We encourage any clients with upcoming appointments to move these to virtual appointments, if practicable. We continue to maintain best practice hygiene measures, including regularly cleaning offices and meeting rooms after each use. We are staying abreast of CDC recommendations and update and adjust as necessary.

We appreciate that this has disrupted daily life for many of our clients who are now facing a wide range of legal and economic impacts. We have assembled a myriad of resources to help you, from estate planning practices to emergency business planning. We are here to help you navigate these challenges and mitigate any impact.

Please do not hesitate to contact your prime point of contact or either Jeffrey D. Katz or Elizabeth J. McInturff should you have any questions about your matter with the firm or if we can be of assistance in helping you address new challenges that you may be facing.
